RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note: we have a flat rate of $50 shipping / item Australia wide. There may be an additional charge for the multi-pack kits.
Payment Methods & Delivery:
We use a professional shopping cart plugin that provides you with the opportunity to pay with credit card payment (American Express, Master Card & Visa Card) via Square credit card portal or the PayPal credit card portal or by logging in to your PayPal account.
Credit/debit card details are encrypted at all times will only be ‘live’ during the actual transaction. If you choose to check out as a guest for peace of mind and security you will be required to re-key these numbers on any subsequent orders. We do not hold any credit card details.
If you choose to create a user account or subscribe to our mailing list you can be assured that we do not share your information with any external parties and you have the capacity to unsubscribe at any time.
Alternative order method: Please use our website contact form, and include your name, delivery address, contact number, and products you would like to purchase. We will send you an invoice and a reference number with our bank details. Once the funds clear we will send your order out immediately.
Delivery: Couriers to provide economic door to door delivery services to locations right across Australia.
Shipping: Normal shipping takes approximately 5 – 15 working days. All orders are processed within 48 hours except weekends and public holidays or special holiday shutdown periods (eg. Christmas & New Year, etc), pending credit card authorization.

Refund or Exchange: We stand by the quality and pricing of our products. We make every effort to ensure that the products that you order reach you in perfect condition, however, if you are not completely satisfied or delighted with your products ordered, we are happy to consider an exchange or refund. You may return any product ordered (must be un-opened/un-damaged goods in the original packaging), sent by courier at your own expense, within 14 days. We undertake to respond to all general enquiries within 14 days. If the request will take longer to resolve, we will provide you with a date by which we expect to respond.

Using our online store:

How is our store hosted – use of third party applications:
Our store is hosted on an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We have SSL encryption on our site. Payment gateway data is not stored on our website, only billing or shipping addresses, never cards. When you return to our website to make further purchases you will need to re-enter your payment details via PayPal, or login to your PayPal account, or request payment by direct deposit.
